The Five Factors of Reasonableness
Lawyers are going to have to keep up with technology. The nature of threats have changed, and a lot of it is more automated. Law firms can be an attractive target for organized crime or other bad actors. There's no requirement that lawyers understand all those threats - only that they try to get at our information,. And that we need to employ reasonable safeguards in order to protect ourselves.
