The Importance of Awareness in Teaching
Melanie: By the time we're 15 or 10, we kind of have this worldview that we didn't really choose. I'm doing my PhD in neuropsychology and just this idea of having an awareness of where my programming ends and where I begin. And maybe what is because a lot of what I believe may not be true, but if my beliefs and my identity are intertwined, it's going to be very hard for me to even teachable in that capacity.
