The Word of the Lord's Judgment in Kaldiah
Kaldiah could be translated heart of my adversaries. It does not seem likely that this is being used as a way of disguising the identity of this place. The people are warned to flee from her, presumably the exiles in her midst. Like Egypt and Judah before her, Babylon is a nation searching for healing for balm but there is none to be found. Her judgment is about to fall upon her and they should not be around when that occurs.
