How Do You Do Diligence Effectively?
We manage our entire diligence process using three key tools. Confluence is what we use for those ofyuts internal corporate wicke, chera was the first deal that we used gera to manage the diligence process. And then slack, that's our chatol of choice, is slack. We have a different slack channel for every area of diligence. Se so no matter what tool any of you use in your company to drive work, the concept is that we're planning the work, planning the milestones and capturing all the decisions that need to be made.
