Okrs - What Do You Think?
Okrs, i've found to be very powerful for getting things done that aren't going to necessarily get none. Ocrs are really good at taking those things that are really important but not urgent, and putting a sense of urgency around them. If everything's going crazy, you can say, let's just pause the ocars for a little bit, work on what we have to and then we're gon to come back to them. Their their a cadence makes different from capis and smart goals,. You commit activities towards them on monday, you celebrate progress towards them on friday. And that's how o krs actually allow people to meet their goals.
