The Importance of Speaking Spanish

In Asia, that wasn't an option, right? You're not going to learn all the different languages and dialects. And I think that was a big factor in like how you're perceived even as a tourist, like you should speak Spanish. It's one language for the whole damn continent. Like, dude, you know, you're going to spend a year here. Come on. What are you doing? I don't know. But yeah, like you just miss out on a lot of opportunities. That is definitely one of the lessons I learned on this trip."
