There is a simple behavioral science principle that will help you predict when someone may buy or buy again or buy more. You can use it to predispose your customers toward each of those actions. Social scientists refer to this principle as the commitment and consistency bias yes. It's very helpful if the first ask is relatively small you're much more likely to get subsequent yeses.
