Richie and his wife bought their way into a full partnership by selling $8,000 worth of stocks that Sherry had inherited from her grandma. They lived on the top floor of the rustic building and Naples with residents on the second floor. Everybody shared the ground level. Everyone went out to eat or to the movies.
