How to Measure Impact on Soft Skills and Leadership Skills

We have a question specifically for soft skills and leadership skills. Do you have any experience with those and how can we set some key indicators to measure impact on those specifically? Yeah, I was just previously saying that it was the most difficult thing to do. So I will pass to Pablo. He has some experience measuring leadership in his master's. This was about a shared leadership which basically could be defined as the amount of leadership that is executed within teams. The people that are not assigned as team leaders were the ones that were demonstrating more leadership skills.
