"Church is both gathering and scattering, right? Technically it' it is. It's really the scattering that makes it powerful," he says. "We want to do as we want to leverage what we can in every way." He adds: "There are some communies that we don't have to be great at all of it... And so if you're not a good communicator, omg! Don't do it!"
