"I had met Jerry in 1962 when I went around AA for the first time," she says. "Jerry kept coming over to the house to see my family and he literally glued them together." She found commitment papers from Lyman State Hospital, a place where they were insane: "The only thing that wasn't out there was my husband's signature" 'If you'll take our hands and come along the road with us, it'll be better,' Jackson told her.
