Is Dead Space a Horror Game?

All three of the big spookies that were in this episode were all Japanese. Are there any big non-Japanese horror game franchises? There was a there's fear, but would fear be an emphatic? Uh, so it's interesting that they had an E3 stage presence. I think we have to try to get a genre because otherwise I think we're completely rather less right now.
