The Reality of Scale

I remember thinking, how defensible is this really going to be? Is this something that can keep standing on his own as a business or will there be so many parallel efforts and just in some sense, a race to the bottom rather than an actual business? But you know, you've proven that this is a real business. And then one of the things that sort of like I almost instructively from, from Amazon learned or sort of took away was that the marriage of technology and operations applied in kind of innovative way could actually become their moat.
