One of the real frustrating things when you've a patient who really needs this treatment, this therapy, is when you continually have them clotding off the circuit. So in general, at least at our institution, we do not use antioregulation up front. Sp someissusions. Will use setrate ant with can talk on a minute. But what's amazing is that most patients w would do this, don't cloud again. It was because that the fact thay clotted the first time was luck, right? And and so at work or not, sometimes theyto clock clock lot. You put em on ther works.
