I suppose that's geopolitics in a way. That's the skill in the game is to think, okay, there is no good solution here. You have to find your way to the least worst solution. Richard Holbrok says that's the worst thing that he had to do in his entire career was to vote for Cambodia's accession to the UN. I forget which body he felt disgusted by it, but yes, he did it. But that was part of this overall package where you have to choose between evils. Clearly, the Russian invasion is Russia's fault. It's Vladimir Putin's fault. He is culpable.
