Anti-Stigma - What Do You Think?
Sally Kohn: One of the big things that I see in like mental health discourse on social media is like stigma. She says anti-stigma work originally came from psych survivors feeling like they were stigmatized. Now it's created this whole thing where it's virtuous to take psych meds because you're breaking the taboo, she says. "I think for me, again, I feel like sometimes I'm an outsider coming into like the neurodiversity or like the mental health spaces"
