One of the things that we did really well was we did our Q, Q one planning and Q two planning or remote. Do you run events like every now and again, maybe your planning week is kind of like a conference that's completely remote? Yeah, we did a virtual contribute. So we come together as the whole company once a year in a beautiful location. And we can do that. It was only a single day. It was really fun. We did a ton of breakout groups. We can have more speed dating as in like beating people for five minutes. A lot of that is, is the normally we do it at an off site. There's time to hang out.
