Is There a Sign of the Son of Man?

Do you know anywhere in the New Testament when it talks about Jesus second coming, is it ever explicit that there will be a physical human shaped body or is it just he will come back? The most explicit you get is they will see the sign of the Son of Man. And then Paul does talk about those who are alive will rise to meet him in the air and the dead will also rise incorruptible and meet him. I think it's an attempt to talk old ancient Near Eastern language with new Hellenistic language and not change the words that much but make them fit.
