I'm Always Trying to Be Proactive and Just Touching the Ball
I've developed a list of things that I know at the end of the day, like mine, body, what I'm putting in my body, the sleep I'm getting. And so to have this list, and then most of it's just, you know, just doing a little something extra. So when you wake up, I want you to highlight during your day things that you must hit morning, afternoon, night. There's just always, always something else I'm trying to look to do to improve my mental physical or making sure I'm happy overseas.
