I'm trying to do this thing, Jim, where I'm really healthy about my improvement. So peaks and valleys are sort of irrelevant. As long as we're generally on an upward trend, I'm okay. But then when I lose 250 points in two days, it's kind of like really how I'm trying to be healthy about this. And a big part of that is you've got to look at what is your current state? That SWOT analysis tells me my current state. This is where I'm at with my chest improvement right now. These are my strengths, my weaknesses, opportunities. This is the current picture."
