The Importance of Community in Parish Life
I think what's really important in a parish is community. I saw this a little bit at St. Pius the Fifth in Providence. A lot of our parishioners walked to Mass. They had been there for a very long time, most of our families. And so that's one of the things that makes for a good parish. When that's lacking, that's what leads to a bad parish experience.
