Lemana - What's the User Experience?

i know lemana well. They also for their product in germany since, i think, like one year, and it's a great product. And but i think it's all about listening to users. No, no questionnovy drives some cogh out of the system as well. But none the less, how are you going about learning what the user experience should be? Right? Simplifying this, figuring out as people come to a smart phone and want to interact with that to meet their insurance needs. And get information.
