Lordel: I want to talk about loyalty right now. How does loyalty work in a non-web 3 world and the web 2 world which is most of the world? We'll get to how it's going to change and how it's in the process of changing but what is it about loyalty and the state of loyalty right now? Lordel: There are probably few loyalty schemes that we are part of or have been invited to that really create an emotional connection beyond the one of convenience. If your loyalty program doesn't create that connection, you know, often slow Starbucks Odyssey for example.
