The Importance of Telescopes in Astronomy
The advent of CubeSats and small sets makes this much more feasible to have many mid-sized telescopes in space like we do on the ground. And if you had more than one, they could look in different directions at the same time. So you get better sky coverage without having to resort to interferometry. But I think Webb is amazing, but it it can only answer very specific limited questions.
