The Colorblindness of the Constitution

I think it's beautiful that we all have differences and like and we can contribute you know and share those differences with each other but there are systemic reasons why some black people are in a different situation than they otherwise could be in. things and let's like not fail to acknowledge that so like the whole problem how I keep saying like that they say the Constitution's colorblind and that's upsetting me.
