I was trying to just be curious about religious shame. And he was so mad at me for saying, for even asking. I feel like within certain religions, as you get to the more extreme ends of them, what makes them so similar to cults or cults is that they're teaching you apologetics. So literally, I was trained at these camps if anyone were to suggest to me that Jesus was not the way, the truth in the life, how to, as a Christian soldier defend myself against those questions.
