If you weren't doing this for a living, what would be your second career choice and why? In my web design work, I think there was a time when I, in the very early time when I started designing websites. Or maybe I designed websites, but I didn't even know what I'm doing back then,. Then I read a book, Don't Make Me Thing by Steve Crowe. It helped me to understand how to make websites more usable.
