The Importance of Avoiding Dark Content

I actively avoid dark content now sensing my psychologist I only consume uplifting or helpful content. But if something is overly seedy or dark I avoid it that said I did watch the case of Kelly Lane. This is what gets me and people who listen to true crime might very much disagree with me but I don't understand what great kind of purpose they serve these days apart from series where they're trying to actively rewrite the course of justice. If that was my family if one of my family members or one of my friends died in very horrific circumstances I would be ropeable if people were consuming that death for entertainment.
