Is There a Difference Between Rental Listings and Sales?
In a small market, ye, there's just not many examples. Ye, you might get some more variants, but when you have a big sample size, that should be kind of eliminated. A rentometer, or rento meter, is a good web sight for getting, ike, a quick survey of an area. The mls is like the listing service that the area use. There are rental listings too. But at least in my experience, you're not really going to see much of a variance from the listing price.
