Cooking is the only time in my day where I genuinely allow myself to be 100% present. When I get out of cooking, I absolutely think on the drive home: How can we be better tomorrow? But the better the better to me is not like, I actually asked myself, how can I be better for tomorrow for my team? What does that look like? You know, I take a great sense of pride and responsibilityKnowing how many employees work for us, which is over 170 employees, that they are relying on us to be better.
