Is There a Gender Balance in STEM?
In the last 121 years only 60 women have won the Nobel Prize since 1901 as a woman in STEM. There are still some cultural and structural problems that dissuade women from staying in the sciences. The attrition rates are are higher for women than they are for men as you go up the ranks. Annie: How can we encourage more girls and women to enter and stay in the field?
