Scott Turner: Civil asset forfeiture is a gross violation of your right to do process and this concept of innocent until proven guilty. Ohio, most notably, they had a freshman senator, Rob Collie up there, get a bill passed in his first session that would require a conviction. There are several other states that have adopted the conviction requirement as well. And so our reforms and our efforts continue around this idea of reestablishing this issue.
