You Know, I've Had, in Directly Recent Experience of All This, You Know?

I spent a bit of Christmas in A&E with a relative and it is exactly, you know, as everybody says. The thing I was most struck by actually was seeing the effect on the staff. They're looking for literally anywhere to examine a patient in private,. You know, literally a broom cupboard because you can't ask someone to strip off so that you can look at their rash  in the middle of a crowded waiting room. There's a really, really sobering conversation. Gabby, I wonder what your sense is of this.
