In the space of a less than a year, israel was forced to deal with two sets of accusations against it. The goldstone report alleged that its operation in gaza was essentially disproportionate. And second, arising out of the gosa flotilla controversy, that its blockkade on gaza was illegal,. and therefore using physical force to stop the mamar and the other ships also under international law.
