Is It All Memory Conscious?

Is all memory conscious? Or are parts of memory that are not, that are unconscious? That's also a very loaded question. So according to the traditional view, which is sord of the standard model of memory, we owe to a number of but perhaps most importantly to a totelay squire,. Memory tendso be divided by whether or not it is conscious at the time of both incouding and at thetime of retrieval. But later on, has been tat that distinction has been established in terms of explicit versus implicit memory. An instance of implicit memory does not require conscious awareness for its encuding or its retrieval - as priming is memory priming.
