What Is Voice ID Replacing?

Lloyd's Bank said in a statement that voice ID has cut down on fraud. What Voice ID did was that, well, you can't really fish somebody's voice,. So, even if you give up your password or something like that, when the hacker goes to ring up the bank, they can't do a convincing impersonation of your voice.
