The way of life is an ap on your phone called the way of life. It's literally just a check list, and basely, build a chain of green you get a green dot. And there's one in there that i call level up. Level up means that that day i did something that was different, a better, unique relative to what i've ever done. Just sort of a nudge, a way of nudging a yourself to do something like like pick the collar.
