Building a by Product That Sells
The key is to look and see what what the by products are. You can chop down a bunch of trees, and you've got sawdust. Now, sometimes it's just literally junk. There may not be anything you can do with it, but there is always something that you're making at the same time. Sometimes that's particularly valuable. So we start doing these workshops, which satisfy a demand for our experience building this last thing,. That ends of building more of an audience. The audience in itself turned out to be a bit of a of a by product that we could then sell - like a job or two.
