Design Is a Whole, Not Just a Product Design Team

i think it strengthens both brand and product design when you're closely alligned in terms of designed decision making and styles. The u x even comes into into part of that, and they do get two separate. But i personally think sometimes we over invest in having product designers sit with product engineers when that could come at a cost of like, the overarching design sense of design in the company. I'm looking for ways to bring ourselves closer together and act as a design team,. Even if technically in the org structurey, that's not a thing.
