The Power of Complaining

English people love talking about weather. It's probably their favorite thing to talk about either that or transport and travel on the roads. So this is like an absolute perfect storm because they can complain about weather. That's bliss for them. I almost think they don't improve the infrastructure because it would reduce their opportunities to winch about the weather.
