How to Tell a Story
A story is a fascinating way to transmit your message, it makes people engage into it and then connect into it. It's really so important when you're talking about building a team because you relate in - especially when the story is personal. If you use film, the pathos is much stronger. So dial it back because you don't want to overdo it. And I did a documentary film on the Second World War. The reason why I did it outside of a professional space is it's about professionalizing the idea of telling a story.
