There's more subjectivity in those fields than other fields like mathematics, or engineering. So I think that creates part of it too is the discipline of law is to argue over these things. In fact, it's not very much being driven by efforts to suppress scholarship per se. And we might have the best way of measuring ideas that basically don't even attempt to be published or researched because they've decided to not pursue that course of action.
