The Importance of Normalizing Interest Rates

I think there will be more opportunities this decade for hedge funds if we normalize interest rates. I would say one phenomenon right now that might be suppressing some of the equity volatility in the market is just the advent of options trading. We had a big options expiration last Friday. And you can kind of see where the market's going to be pen in terms of some of the options trading. But the build up technically in the markets is also really critical to understand and watch if you're trading in a short return time frame.
