Every training session is a chance to test your numbers, but race simulations are where you're really putting yourself in that race environment. We want to make sure we were better than the previous month, better than previous six months ago. And i always say to people whn they starta the numbers you have to day, in six months time, you'll look back at the number you had to day and you could be four whats higher.
