How Did Field Hockey Lead You to Sports PT?

Yoni, thank you so much for having me. I'm super excited to be here and it's been fun kind of reflecting a little bit on my journey. It all goes back to like many of us being an athlete as a kid, just loving sports. And the main thing that led me to sports PT was falling in love with training.
