Anne didn't actually need to stop moving. He needed way to get his movement needs met while blending into the classroom. Anne learned how to use a fidget to help monitor his attention and keep himself focused. Sometimes he needed to ask for a break and go outside and move in bigger ways, in ways that would have bothered his friends.
