Is It a Matter of Divine Positive Law?

Lending money at interest was extended to foreigners in ancient Israel. Ezekiel has some pretty strong words about Jesus, and he doesn't seem to make any distinction. He calms those that take usury and draw increase from their loans. And indeed the same thing is found in the Psalms. The blessed is the one who lends not his money at interest.
