Do You Need to Submit a Safety Evaluation Report Within 90 Days of the Bill Passing?

The bill says they don't need to do the testing. They're going to get exemptions and they get to operate up to 80,000 vehicles without any testing. I think there would be companies driving these things on the road in a very short term. And it might not go well at all.
