How Do You Reward Yourself?

The responses to this have been amazing and I mean so I guess I've I host a blueprint brunch in my house frequently I call it the first supper. Most people when they see what I'm doing they run a comparison of their mind and they then identify everything in life they couldn't do if they were on this. After a while you maybe hit something like escape velocity and it was easier to doMaybe also for that probably the measurement like actually seeing that you're making progress would be interesting how much if you reduce your biological age after a certain time because that's definitely  a big carrot to hold in front of old spaces if they try to do this type of stuff.
