Applying for Jobs

At smaller companies, you get a handful of applicants and can talk to them personally. But then as you get to larger companies, like google, has hundreds of applicants for each roll. You don't know until you're in the process whether it's going to be a good process or a bad process. We need that diversity in so many layers. Age is just one of them, you know, its important one, right? And part of the, i think, cultural problems that we have that are systemic to us actually start with, i think our interview process being so self selecting. To be very clear, if you have managed to keep up with your ski s and stay in this industry
